This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Tidy Site Designs.
Digital Products
All products sold by Tidy Site Designs are digital services or digital website templates delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final once work has begun or digital assets have been delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Payment submitted but work has not yet begun and no assets have been delivered
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Work has started on your website
- A template or site has been delivered
- Revisions or customization have begun
- Delays caused by incomplete or missing intake information
Additional Revisions
Additional paid revisions or upgrades are non-refundable once completed.
