These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of services and use of any templates, deliverables, and content provided by Tidy Site Designs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services & Deliverables

We provide website templates and/or website build services delivered digitally. Deliverables may include HTML/CSS/JS files, copy blocks, images (stock or customer-supplied), and deployment assistance as described on our website and checkout pages.

2) Customer Responsibilities

To complete your project, you agree to provide accurate information and required assets in a timely manner, including (when applicable):

• Business name, address/city, and contact details
• Hours, policies, and program details
• Photos/logos you have rights to use (if you provide them)
• Domain access or DNS settings (if you own a domain)

Delays caused by missing information may impact timelines.

3) Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at checkout unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices, inclusions, and any add-ons are as shown at the time of purchase.

4) Refunds

5) Revisions & Scope

Any included revision round(s) and what’s considered “in scope” are defined by the package purchased and/or what’s stated on the order page. Requests outside the agreed scope (additional pages, major layout changes, new features, extensive copywriting, etc.) may require an additional fee.

6) Delivery & Timelines

Timelines are estimates and depend on your responsiveness and the completeness of your intake information. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (domain registrars, hosting providers, email services, payment processors, etc.).

7) Hosting, Domains, and Third-Party Services

If you purchase or use third-party services (domain registration, hosting, email, analytics, scheduling tools, etc.), you are responsible for those accounts, fees, and compliance with their terms.

8) Intellectual Property

• Template ownership: Unless explicitly transferred in writing, we retain ownership of the underlying template structure, components, and design system.
• License to use: You receive a license to use the delivered website for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the template files as a competing product.
• Your content: You retain ownership of your logos, photos, and written content you supply. You confirm you have the rights to use anything you provide.

9) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our deliverables for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes, and not to infringe on the rights of others (including copyrights and trademarks).

10) Disclaimers

Our websites and templates are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (inquiries, bookings, revenue, search rankings, etc.).

Content provided is informational and does not replace legal, licensing, regulatory, or professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring your website content complies with applicable laws and licensing requirements.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidy Site Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of our services or deliverables.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable purchase.

12) Termination

We may refuse service or terminate access to deliverables if you violate these Terms, abuse our staff, or use the deliverables unlawfully. Any fees paid remain subject to the Refund Policy.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
